OUR 90-MINUTE FITNESS CHALLENGE REBUILT FOR 2026
Your team of four will take on three high-intensity zones - Endurance, Burn, and Power - moving through nine stations in a simple, brutal, and brilliantly fun format:
5 minutes max reps → 4 minutes rest → move to the next station.
What is Battle Cancer?
Battle Cancer is a functional fitness competition that raises money for cancer charities. Teams of four compete in various workouts throughout the day, combining strength, endurance, and teamwork.
The event features multiple workout stations with varying challenges, all designed to test different aspects of fitness while bringing the community together for a great cause.
