What is CGFIT?

CGF is a 90-minute functional fitness challenge designed for teams of four.

CGFIT brings people together in a high-energy, supportive, and competitive environment where teamwork is as important as strength and stamina. Across a series of dynamic workouts, you’ll push your limits, cheer each other on, and celebrate every rep, run, and lift.

The CGFit Workout Structure for Teams of four is still being kept a secret, but will be announced before the event begins. What we know at the moment:

  1. WORKOUT 1 - FIRE UP THE ENGINE (for time, 20 minute time cap)
  2. WORKOUT 2 - GRIT & BEAR IT!!! (AMRAP, 20 minutes)
  3. WORKOUT 3 - ASSAULT BIKE RELAY (reps, 20 minutes)
