Prepare for 9 challenging runs, 9 intense stations, and a thrilling 200m sprint finish.
Whether you’re ready to conquer the course in our Female or Male Solo categories, or you thrive on the power of teamwork, we’ve got the challenge for you. Grab a partner and test your strength and endurance in our Male, Female, or Mixed Doubles divisions.
Hybrid Games Workouts:
600 metre run before each workout with a 200 metre sprint at the end
- 50 cal assault bike
- 100 wall balls (6kg/4kg)
- 1000M row
- 80m burpee broad jump
- 50 DB snatch (20kg/10kg)
- 100m lunges (20kg/10kg)
- 200m farmers carry (24kg/16kg)
- 1000m skierg
- 60m sled push (152kg/102kg including sled)
