What is Ultimate Athlete?

Ultimate Athlete Hybrid Fitness Race combines both running & functional strength movements across three different zones. Athletes will race against the clock to complete the three sections back-to-back to test strength, stamina, and muscular endurance.

Perfect for both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts. This is a hybrid fitness race pushing boundaries like no other.

The Ultimate Athlete workout is broken down into three zones - endurance, strength, and conditioning. Weights are for male/female

Endurance Zone

  1. 800m run
  2. 800m SkiErg
  3. 800m run
  4. 40m sled push (singles)/80m sled push (doubles). (115kg for men/95kg for women. 145kg/125k for pro weights)
  5. 800m run

Strength Zone

  1. 100 wall balls (6kg for men/4kg for women. 9kg/6kg for pro weights)
  2. 4 rounds of:
    • 10 deadlifts (50kg for men, 40kg for women. 70kg/50kg for pro weights)
    • 10 single arm dumbbell snatch (17.5kg for men/10kg for women. 22.5kg/15kg for pro weights)

Conditioning Zone

  1. 200m farmy carry (2 x 24kg for men/16kg for women kettlebells. Pro weights the same)
  2. 80m Walking Lunge (20kg sandbag for men/10kg sandbag for women. 30kg/20kg for pro weights
