Fitness Racing Calendar - Wild Hybrid
What is Wild Hybrid
The Wild Hybrid alternates between trail runs and functional work stations.
You compete in pairs – everything is shared and the runs are completed together.
Wild Hybrid Workout Structure:
1km trail run before each of the five workout stations
- 50 sandbag squats with your partner (30kg/20kg)
- 20 Atlast Strones over 4 ft wall (50kg/30kg)
- 100m farmers carry (2 x 20kg/16kg jerry cans)
- 50 kettlebell deadlifts (2 x 24kg/20kg)
- 50 double dumbbell shoulder to overhead (2 x 22.5kg/15kg)
And after the fifth and final workout stations, you then have a 5km trail run(!)
